#MeToo Roundtable

The season 19 premier is a Special Edition of On That Point. The #MeToo movement is discussed in a roundtable format with guests: Dr. Anne Baschke, Joan Venocchi, and Naomi Mann. Some critics of the movement question the legitimacy of particular accusations and challenge their impact on the culture surrounding sexual harassment. Is the movement changing interactions in the American workplace? How does the national conversation influence college-level Title IX enforcement?

Learning Chinese Dialects

In this edition of Amber, we will first take a look at the Gun Right Movements regarding the recent school shootings. We will also discuss how BU responds to sexual violence on campus. Later, we will take a look at the new BUild Lab. We will also feature BU film students and their stories with filmmaking. At the end, for those of you who are interested in learning Chinese dialects, Amber will take you on a trip to Southern China.
