Greg Levinsky sat down with Paige Mautner of the field hockey team to get their perspective on the season, and our own Sabrina Sladich learned some of the basics of soccer from George Abunaw.

Recently, a large scale of lung injuries from vaping has emerged in multiple states and drawn our attention. Meanwhile, an Asian Facebook employee committed suicide, which brought a mass protest and aroused a fierce controversy. At the end, as a special way to celebrate Halloween, we invited several students to try some traditional Chinese snacks.

Brexit Extension, Councilor Michael Flaherty
As we enter the last week before the city’s municipal election, Councilor Michael Flaherty offers his pitch for re-election. With recent news of UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson and the E.U. finally agreeing on a Brexit extension (despite continued promises that such a delay would not occur), the logistics and aftermath of the United Kingdom’s separation from the European Union seems all the more uncertain.
